Please read before making a reservation:

• Event Dates: While the AI for Business Summit will take place Thursday, November 6 - Saturday, November 8, the room block has been extended so that attendees can take advantage of the discounted room rate pre- and post-conference. 

​

• Discounted Room Rates: Please note that the room rates listed in the room block include the discounted resort fee of $20. Room pricing on Flamingo's website does not include the regular resort fee of $49.95. The rooms we have reserved for AI for Business Summit are Flamingo's more recently renovated "Flamingo" rooms. The cheapest route is to book through the dedicated room block for AI for Business.

• Phone Reservations & Booking Help: To get immediate assistance with making a room reservation or to ask questions about available room categories, please call the Caesar's Call Center at 888-784-7946. Be sure to mention our group code SFAIF5. If you don't see your preferred room type on your preferred travel dates, please submit the help form below so we can request that more inventory be added to the group room block.
